Home Made ice cream!!

Hari ni mood buat Home made ice cream!
yeayyyy!
senang je. banyak recipe. tapi aku try yang ni je dulu,
simple. malas nak serabut. kahkahkah~


mari lah aku tunjuk sebahagian process aku dan adik aku buat tadi. hahaha~

guna dua bahan je, whipping cream and susu pekat manis. hahaha~
ni full recipe dye.

Gemma's Homemade Two-Ingredient, No Machine Ice Cream

INGREDIENTS
14 ounces (1 can/ 400ml) sweetened condensed milk (fat-free or regular) cold
2 cups (16oz/450 ml ) whipping cream, cold

DIRECTIONS:
1. Place sweetened condensed milk in the fridge to keep cold
2. Beat cold heavy cream on medium in a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment (or using a hand mixer) until stiff peaks form.
3. Turn down the speed a little and pour the condensed milk into the whipped cream. (Stir in vanilla extract now if desired).
4. Now you have your ice cream base you can add in your desired flavors and fixing. GO NUTS! experiment and enjoy creating something that is all you.
5. Place in a large resealable container and freeze at least 6 hours or overnight before eating.

nak kacau guna tangan boleh, guna mesin boleh. aku guna tangan, so penat sikit la nak godak2. hahahaha~
yang ni kita just buat base dye. perisa dye x kesah la ko nak letak apa, coklat, buah, apa2 perisa. BEBAS!! hahahaha~

sekarang tunggu 6 jam. sebab baru buat tadi. hahaha... tapi sebab aku main buat je. heeee... so rasa dye giler manis! hahahahahaha!
nasihat aku ikot la recipe. law manis, boleh kurangkan susu pekat manis tu. huhuhu...
